Accounts / Finance Assistant
Full time permanent role - office based. One day per week working from home will be considered once training period has been completed.
Mon-Fri 0800-1600 or 0830-1630
Role based close to Haywards Heath. Due to rural and unique location of the offices, you will need to be a driver and have your own transport. There is plenty of free parking on site for all staff.
Salary £27000-£28000 per annum, depending on experience plus very good all round company benefits.

The role - Accounts Assistant
The ideal candidate will support with day-to-day transactions in the accounts department. This is a fast paced and varied role.
This is a full-time and permanent position and suitable for someone with good accounts experience.
Duties will include:
- Accounts Payable - reconciliation of supplier statements.
- Accounts Receivable - Process Sales Invoices and follow up with clients, sending out statements.
- Credit Control - Telephone/email to chase and updating of Credit Control spreadsheets.
- Telephone - Answering queries on Accounts Receivable/Payable.
Experience, competencies and knowledge required
Experience of working as Finance / Accounts Assistant or similar role.
Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures.
MS Excel skills (creating spreadsheets and using financial functions).
Good organisational and time-keeping skills.
Attention to detail / accuracy levels.
Ability to work alongside a team of two others in accounts team
