Robert Half are excited to be working with an industry leading organisation to recruit a Graduate for their opening of a Finance Assistant position, based Mountain Ash.
They are offering a base salary up to £23000 + Hybrid working (1 day from home), subsidised canteen & onsite parking & More.
Duties:
- To assist the Finance Manager in all aspects of the Finance Office function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working with the Finance Manager on various projects.
- Assisting with month-end including accruals and balance sheet reconciliations
- Develop an understanding of all aspects of the Finance function.
- Help with the annual external audit.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Ability to work on own initiative, to constantly hit targets and strict deadlines.
- Excellent computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel Have the initiative to resolve complex problems and instigate processes to avoid such instances occurring in future.
- Ability to communicate and liaise at all levels both within the Company and with external stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, numerical, communication and organisational skills.
- Flexible and adaptable.
Education/Experience:
- Finance-related degree · Advanced Excel skills
