Reed Business Support Lancaster are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join our clients friendly, successful and dynamic team on a full time and permanent basis. This role is crucial for maintaining high-quality customer service for the business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing orders, ensuring timely dispatch, accurate documentation, and proactive communication with customers and distribution partners.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Ensure customer orders are dispatched according to agreed lead times and maintain accurate order information.
- Provide real-time information on deliveries via transport providers.
- Complete all export documentation accurately and on time.
- Set up new customer accounts and assist in raising the service standard within the department.
- Handle varied customer transactions, including inbound calls, service complaints, product enquiries, order entry, and account servicing.
- Communicate with other departments and providers to research and resolve issues.
- Take ownership of all issues and enquiries related to your account base.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
