Kingspan Insulation are looking to recruit Production Operatives to join the team at our Pembridge site in Herefordshire, on a full time permanent basis.

Shifts available:

3 week shift rotation

  • 05.45am – 14.00pm, Monday – Thursday, 05.45am – 13.00pm Friday.
  • 10:45pm – 6am Sunday, 9:45pm – 6am Monday – Thursday.
  • 13:45pm – 10pm, Monday – Thursday, 12:45pm – 8pm Friday

2 week shift rotation

  • 05.45am – 14.00pm, Monday – Thursday, 05.45am – 13.00pm Friday.
  • 13:45pm – 10pm, Monday – Thursday, 12:45pm – 8pm Friday

As a Production Operative you will learn and be competent on multiple pieces of equipment to support the site strategy of a multiskilled workforce. The role requires that all production processes are operated to the safest standard, ensuring all targets and objectives are met or surpassed whilst remaining highly focused on product compliance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities of our Production Operatives

  • Meeting production requirements in terms of quality, quantity, cost, safety and time, whilst maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Meeting all operational standards, reducing waste and down time and the development and improvement of the all production processes
  • To comply with all the company's HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure Health and Safety is adhered to at all times.
  • To be trained and become competent in as many areas as the Company requires.

What we are looking for in our Production Operatives

You will have:

  • Previous experience of working in a factory/ manufacturing process environment.
  • Experience of operating machinery using computerised touch screen panels
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Autonomous Maintenance and Continuous Improvement
  • ISO 9001 , 14001 , 45001, 37301, and 50001. Thorough awareness and understanding.
  • Previous practical skills and experience of working as part of a Team.
  • Working to and achieving company set standards usually KPI's.
  • IT literate
  • Experience of using the IT system SAP
  • Have been trained in C.O.S.H.H
  • Full UK driving licence preferable.
