- Proactively identify and communicate potential logistics challenges and work collaboratively to find effective solutions.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the logistics or supply chain sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle complex situations with patience and professionalism.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
