About the Role:

As the Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the financial success of the company. This fully remote position allows you to oversee all financial aspects of the company's operations from the comfort of your home, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with senior management to provide strategic insights and recommendations, ensuring the company's continued growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead all financial facets of company operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts in sync with business objectives and growth targets.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to furnish senior management with actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk to ensure sustained financial well-being and stability.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business performance and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
  • Ensure adherence to local and international GAAP and regulatory requirements in financial reporting and operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • ACCA / CIMA / ACA qualification preferred.
  • Previous experience in the travel industry or related field is advantageous.
  • Strong grasp of local and international GAAP and financial regulations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, conduct financial analysis, and offer strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with effective cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis tools; CPA or CFA certification is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adeptness in adjusting to shifting priorities.
