As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will play a pivotal role in the firm's dynamic property team, known for its high-quality service and commitment to clients. You will be involved in a wide variety of commercial property matters, providing expert legal advice and fostering strong relationships with an impressive client base that includes developers, property investors, and major corporations. The Commercial Property Solicitor's Role
The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will join a team ranked Band 1 in Chambers and Tier 2 in Legal 500, where you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of cases including landlord and tenant matters, property development, sales and purchases of owner-occupied and investment properties, and secured lending. You will be instrumental in mentoring junior team members and actively involved in business development initiatives. The team operates across the St Albans and Radlett offices, working closely with clients throughout the UK.
The Commercial Property Solicitor
- A minimum of 2 years PQE with solid experience in commercial property law.
- Strong technical skills and the ability to provide practical, commercially-focused advice.
- A proactive approach to managing client relationships, with a strong focus on service levels.
- Experience in mentoring or managing junior staff is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a positive and motivated attitude.
- A genuine enthusiasm for developing your career in commercial property law.
