Sellick Partnership are currently supporting a public-sector organisation to appoint an Interim Assistant Director of Property Services to join their team.
You will lead, shape and drive improvements in the delivery of Property Services at a borough level, providing operational oversight and leadership for all aspects of services including: Strategic Property, Operational Property, Facilities Management, Property Capital Programme delivery and Property Investment Management.
Responsibilities of the Assistant Director of Property Services:
- Prepare, manage and control service-based budgets.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of staff in the public and/or private sector.
- Deliver quality services with an ability to achieve service improvements under the principles of best value
- Maintains wide range of stakeholders and audiences whilst developing positive relationships
- Obtains service improvements under the principles of best value
The Successful Assistant Director of Property Services will have:
- Educated to Degree level
- Experience of managing a large team,
- Detailed knowledge of property, development, and investment.
