**Salary: £27,304-£28,893 per annum

Hours: 37 per week

We're looking for an Events Officer to plan, organise, and deliver a wide range of events that support our student recruitment, retention, and stakeholder engagement objectives.

As the Events Officer, you will be at the heart of college life, taking ownership of major events such as Open Days, Welcome Days, the annual Awards Ceremony, Careers Fairs, and Enrolment Week. You'll have the opportunity to introduce innovative and engaging activities, working closely with curriculum teams to deliver events that inspire and inform.

In this role, you will:

  • Plan, organise, and deliver a range of college-wide events
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create innovative activities for recruitment events
  • Manage event logistics, from liaising with suppliers to overseeing promotion and branding
  • Monitor and evaluate event performance, reporting results to key stakeholders
  • Contribute to the college's digital marketing strategy, ensuring event promotion is engaging and up-to-date
