**Role Responsibilities
As a Planning Paralegal, your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with planning, highways, and associated matters, including the negotiation and completion of statutory agreements.
- Conducting legal research on planning law and related issues as required.
- Carrying out due diligence and preparing reports.
- Liaising with local authorities and reviewing records to support planning aspects of transactional work.
- Handling Land Registry requirements, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
**Desired Experience
- Experience or exposure to planning or property law is essential.
- Minimum of 2:1 LLB.
- Strong legal research and organisational skills.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with standard WP (Word, MS Office), database and research software and typical office IT systems generally.
