Our client are looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner due to continued business success. Are you commercially minded and proactive in improving business process and strategy? Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will play an important part in business projects and driving business performance.
This role is working 4 days a week in the office and 1 x day working from home.
Main responsibilities:-
- Performance forecasting and planning for the group
- KPI setting and monitoring
- Creation and development of reports for the wider business
- Cash flow forecasts
- Creation and implementation of financial models
- Building annual budgets and forecasts for different business units and consolidating
- Analysing past financial performance and examining market trends
- Variance analysis
- Evaluating new and existing projects, investments, and assets to determine their validity
- Recommend improvements and use of financial structures
- CAPEX reporting
- Energy and ESG reporting
Requirements:-
- Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner, Management Accountant, FP&A Analyst, or similar role
- Minimum Part-Qualified ACCA, ACA or CIMA, however qualified is preferred and QBE considered
- Ability to multi-task
- Someone who is naturally curious and proactive
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Someone who is driven and able to work with autonomy
