NXTGEN is partnering with a leading Norwich firm to recruit a new Corporate Finance Assistant Manager position. As the new Corporate Finance Assistant Manager, you'll have the exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and experienced CF team known for delivering high-quality financial advisory services. Due to ongoing growth, the firm seeks a talented professional to support a wide range of corporate finance activities, including mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, and financial modeling. As an integral part of the team, you'll work closely with senior management and play a key role in driving the firm's growth and success within CF. Dependant on what this person is looking for, there's uncapped progression which can be mapped out from the get go!

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the execution of mergers and acquisitions, including preparing financial analyses, valuations, and presentations.
  • Conducting detailed financial due diligence and preparing comprehensive reports for clients.
  • Developing and maintaining complex financial models to support transactions and strategic decisions.
  • Providing strategic advice to clients on financial restructuring, funding options, and business valuations.
  • Collaborating with senior team members to identify new business opportunities and manage client relationships.
  • Supporting the preparation of proposals and pitches for new business development.
  • Mentoring and developing junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

What We're Looking For:

  • Prior experience working in Corporate Finance
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying financial information clearly to clients.
  • ACA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent qualification.
