As the new Corporate Finance Assistant Manager, you'll have the exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and experienced CF team known for delivering high-quality financial advisory services. Due to ongoing growth, the firm seeks a talented professional to support a wide range of corporate finance activities, including mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, and financial modeling. As an integral part of the team, you'll work closely with senior management and play a key role in driving the firm's growth and success within CF. Main responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the execution of mergers and acquisitions, including preparing financial analyses, valuations, and presentations.
- Conducting detailed financial due diligence and preparing comprehensive reports for clients.
- Developing and maintaining complex financial models to support transactions and strategic decisions.
- Providing strategic advice to clients on financial restructuring, funding options, and business valuations.
- Collaborating with senior team members to identify new business opportunities and manage client relationships.
- Supporting the preparation of proposals and pitches for new business development.
- Mentoring and developing junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
What We're Looking For:
- Prior experience working in Corporate Finance
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying financial information clearly to clients.
- ACA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent qualification.
