We are looking to recruit an IT Helpdesk Coordinator for a well-established client based in Hemel Hempstead who are the market leader in their field.
You will be working in a small team of 3 and will be responsible for providing 1st line and some 2nd line support to staff at all levels in the company. The ideal candidate will have some sort of background in IT, whether that be in IT Support, Helpdesk, 1st & 2nd line support or similar.
This is a permanent, full-time position with the opportunity to join a highly supportive team. Hours are Monday to Friday, varying from 8am - 4pm to 9am to 5pm with a 30-minute lunch break. This position is paying up to £33,000 depending on candidate experience.

Responsibilities:
- Onboarding, changing and offboarding users in AD, Google and other systems.
- 1st line and some 2nd line support for users with computer problems, including supporting users remotely.
- Installing equipment at users' desks.
- Re-imaging computers using SCCM.
- Supporting warehouse users.
- Checking the state of the network.
- Documenting procedures.
- Working within IT Security framework.
Candidate Experience:
- The individual must be able and willing to solve problems and to give reassurance and confidence to all users in a patient manner.
- Good general knowledge / experience of current Windows Desktop, MS Office and all aspects of Gsuite (Preferable but not essential).
- Understand IT hardware and basic networking infrastructure.
- Must be a good organiser and able to document processes clearly.
- Must be a quick learner.
- Must be a team player.
- Constantly aware of IT Security.
