About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with teachers and therapists to provide tailored support to students in both classroom and 1:1 settings. You'll help create a positive, structured environment where students feel safe, supported, and ready to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support learning activities across a range of subjects
- Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with SEN/SEMH Help manage behaviour positively and consistently Build strong, trusting relationships with students
- Assist with planning, resources, and classroom organisation
