Reed Health and Care are pleased to be recruiting 111 Clinical Advisors to work in call centres throughout the UK, with some home working options available!
As a 111 Clinical Advisor you will provide comprehensive telephone triage using the NHS Pathways systems. You will be the first point of contact for patients, their relatives, healthcare professionals and other callers.
As a senior member of the team, you will provide advice and support to Health Advisors and frontline operational colleagues.
Being a Clinical Advisor will mean you will facilitate the provision of accurate healthcare information, self-care/health improvement or referral to the appropriate level and location of care.
What you will need to succeed as a 111 Clinical Advisor:
- You must be NMC or HCPC registered.
- Have at least 2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse or Paramedic.
- Be Pathways trained with the most up to date version.
- Ability to travel onsite when needed.
