We are looking for an experienced senior level Change Manager to own and drive the lifecycle of a portfolio of medium to large regional/global transformation initiatives focusing on the optimization of issues impacting a smooth end to end operation. You will lead cross-functional initiatives that transform the way we run our operations. Your key responsibilities

  • Working across global production teams, partnering with technology partners, to deliver business critical solution for KYC and supporting functions. Working with senior stakeholders to priorities and resolve technical issues affecting KYC operations.
  • Responsible for change management planning and execution, maintainting risk management controls, monitor and communicate initiative risks; Collaborate with other departments as required to execute on timelines to meet the strategic goals
  • As required, drive Working Group and Steering Committee to achieve the right level of decision making and progress/ transparency, establishing strong partnership and collaborative relationships with various stakeholder groups to remove constraints to production operating goals.
  • As required, developing and documenting end-to-end roles and responsibilities, including process flow, operating procedures, required controls, gathering and documenting trends analytics to resolve operating impacts:

Your skills and experience

  • Experience of working in a technical change environment, understanding the key concepts of SDLC, application and infrastructure delivery, production incident management is preferred
  • Knowledge of client lifecycle processes, procedures and experience with KYC data structures / data flows is preferred.
  • Banking / Finance/ regulated industry experience within the change / transformation space or associated with change/transformation initiatives
  • Experience working in agile project delivery environment is beneficial.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
