A leading mid-sized Construction & Property Consultancy based in Leeds is on the lookout for a proactive Project Quantity Surveyor to bolster their expanding team.
The Project Quantity Surveyor Role
Joining this prominent International Consultancy, the successful Project Quantity Surveyor will work with a team operating across the UK, Europe, and Australia.
The Leeds office comprises 20 professionals engaged in a diverse array of projects including Healthcare, Retail, Heritage, Education, Hotel, Automotive, Commercial, and Residential sectors.
The Project Quantity Surveyor will be office-based for three days a week and work remotely for the remaining days, focusing on supporting, managing, and developing junior team members.
This position is ideal for a motivated Quantity Surveyor seeking career advancement into a Senior role within a dynamic, flexible, and growth-oriented environment.
The Project Quantity Surveyor
Will have:
- A RICS accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
- Ideally MRICS or currently working towards and in need of greater support
- Strong Pre and Post Contract experience
- Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Construction Consultancy
- A valid UK driving license
- A successful track record running projects from inception to completion

- £45,000 - £55,000
