Religious Education (RE) Teacher with QTS - Blackburn
Aspire People are seeking a passionate and committed Religious Education (RE) Teacher to join their vibrant secondary school in Blackburn. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) to start ASAP, and make a positive impact on the lives of our students.
This is a full time role on a long term basis and for the right candidate could become a permanent
role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Religious Education (RE) across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (KS3 & KS4) in line with the National Curriculum.
- Plan and deliver innovative and engaging lessons that meet the needs of students with varying abilities.
- Foster a learning environment that is inclusive, supportive, and encouraging, ensuring all students make good progress.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain and excel the high standards of teaching and learning across the school.
What Aspire People are Looking for:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching Religious Education at KS3 & KS4.
- Excellent subject knowledge and a deep understanding of the National Curriculum up to and including KS4.
- A passion for teaching and the ability to deliver inspiring and engaging lessons.
- A commitment to being part of a strong, supportive team dedicated to high-quality teaching.
- High expectations for all students, with a drive to ensure each child reaches their full potential.
Additional Information:
