As part of our dedicated bridging and development team, you'll make credit decisions with speed and care, utilizing your analytical skills to structure and assess transactions. Your collaborative approach will ensure smooth progress, working closely with our BDM team to maintain the high standards our clients expect.
Key Skills Required
- Analytical mindset and keen attention to detail
- Strong numerical skills and ability to identify risks early
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
- 12 months of underwriting experience, ideally with end-to-end process knowledge
- CeMAP qualification (or willingness to work towards it)
