Salary: £92.80 - £100 per day
Contract Type: Full-Time (temp to perm)

**The Role:

As an Experienced Learning Support Assistant, you will be a crucial part of our educational team, working closely with teachers and other professionals to provide targeted support to students with varying needs. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in education who is looking to deepen their expertise and take on greater responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized support to students with special educational needs (SEN) or those requiring additional help.
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement individualized learning plans (ILPs).
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing detailed feedback to teaching staff.
  • Facilitate small group sessions and one-on-one interventions to reinforce learning.
  • Support classroom management and ensure a positive learning environment.
  • Assist in creating and adapting learning resources to meet diverse student needs.
  • Work closely with parents and caregivers to support student development and progress.

**About You:

We are looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant who is passionate about education and driven to help students achieve their full potential. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Qualifications: A relevant qualification in Education or SEN (Level 3 or higher preferred).
  • Experience: Proven experience as an LSA, Teaching Assistant, or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of SEN and inclusive education practices.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Attributes: A proactive, patient, and empathetic approach, with a genuine passion for supporting student growth and learning.
