Credit Controller required for an exciting long term interim opportunity based in Birmingham City Centre offering an immediate start. SF have partnered with a rapidly growing business to secure two temporary Credit Controllers to join an existing high performance credit team, with a friendly and social working culture. You will be focused on outbound activity for the collection of debt, query management, maintaining stakeholder relationships and ad hoc requirements.
You will be responsible for:
Managing stakeholder relationships
Chasing customers by phone and email
Reduction of aged debt
Query resolution
Ad Hoc requirements
You will bring:
2+ Years working in Credit Control/Collections
Tenacious work ethic
Strong attention to detail
Systems experience & strong Excel ability
Excellent verbal communication
Litigation & Escalation experience
The successful candidate will be able to join the high performance credit function and hit the ground running. You will be able to work autonomously and perform in a high performing target driven environment.
