Property Consultant - What you'll be doing:
- Dealing with customer enquiries on the telephone and by email
- Conducting viewings for sales and lettings
- Register clients' details on our CRM system
- Assessing clients' specific needs by being an excellent listener
- Looking after a manageable portfolio of clients and matching with suitable properties
- Arranging viewings with Vendors, Buyers, Landlords and Tenants while managing the office diary
- Obtaining viewing feedback and sharing with relevant parties
- Assisting Property Management Team with inspections, checks and maintenance
- Up selling additional services such as mortgages and insurances
- Administrative duties such as anti-money laundering checks & referencing checks
- Comfortable with personal business generation
- Social media posting
- Ordering office stationery
Property Consultant - Skills Needed:

- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
