The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will manage a varied caseload, including:
- Sales and Purchases of business premises
- Transactions involving agricultural land
- Buying and selling of registered and unregistered land
- Commercial Landlord and Tenant lease matters
Candidate Profile:
- The ideal candidate will have 3+ years' post-qualification experience (PQE) in Commercial Property Law
- Must be local to or able to commute to Barnsley
