Supervising Social Worker - Therapeutic IFA
£39,600 per annum
NonStop Care is looking for a Supervising Social Worker who can join a well established Independent Fostering Agency with a Good Ofsted rating, in the North West of England.
They are a therapeutic fostering agency which means you will receive ongoing therapeutic training, allowing you to develop your skills.
Responsibilities:
The Supervising Social Worker will oversee a caseload of 10 - 12 foster families, located mostly around Blackburn, Bamber Bridge, Freckleton, Hindley and Bacup.
The role is just to provide support and supervision to the foster families, so you will not be required to complete Form F Assessments on top.
This is a hybrid role with one day per week working from the office.
This is a permanent role to cover maternity for 12 months.

Requirements:
Please apply if you are a Qualified Social Worker and if you have experience in working in fostering or within a LAC team. You must have a Social Work Degree and a driving license also.
