We are currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Carpenter to join our client based in Over on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property maintenance, with a focus on carpentry and the safe use of ladders, scaffolding, and other equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out internal and external property maintenance.
- Repair building structure, furniture, fixtures, and fittings.
- Conduct weekly fire safety equipment checks.
- Maintain adequate stock levels of frequently used items.
- Arrange for delivery and collection of materials.
The Successful Candidate:
- Experience in property maintenance, with a focus on carpentry.
- Ability to safely use ladders, scaffolding, and other equipment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Valid driver's license.
