Job Title: Sales Negotiator
Location: Oxford
Salary: £24,000 - £25,000 per annum (OTE £30,000-31,000)
Hours: Monday - Friday, plus alternate Saturdays (with a day off in lieu)

The Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Negotiator to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing client relationships, conducting viewings, and driving sales forward in a busy retail branch. Whether you're registering new buyers, booking market appraisals, or conducting property viewings, you'll play a key role in helping our branch succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Register potential buyers and book property viewings.
- Organize market appraisals and manage diaries effectively.
- Conduct property viewings and follow up with clients.
- Canvass for new business and third-party referrals.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Knowledge of the property industry, experience is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and via phone/email.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Confidence in IT and diary management.
- A full UK driving licence.
