Salary c. £38,000 to £42,000 (dependent on experience)

This is a fixed term contract of 12 months, covering for the existing role holder.
The role is responsible for developing, implementing and managing all campaigns to promote initiatives and enhance our reputation and profile. Collaborating with our internal teams you will ensure that messaging and branding is consistent, and you will work with external agencies on campaign and event requirements ensuring that they are delivered to a high quality, on budget and time.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate:
- Successful brand and campaign management from end to end.
- Knowledge and experience of successful event management
- Knowledge of the full marketing mix.
- Good organisational skills with excellent written and spoken communication.
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
The post is full-time (Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm) however, you will need to be prepared to travel and work evenings and weekends on occasion, as necessary. The position is based at England Golf, The National Golf Centre, Woodhall Spa, Lincolnshire. We offer a hybrid working arrangement (three days in office and two from home) following our 6-week onboarding process.
