A highly reputable and very impressive business are currently recruiting for a Payroll Manager to join their team.
This is an exceptionally rare role and a very important role for the business.
As Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Full ownership of the payroll function - providing a full start to finish service
- All HMRC submissions and year end activities
- POC for all payroll related queries
- Benefits administration - liaising with benefit providers, negotiating new benefits & benefit communication across the business
- Leading on payroll related projects
- Providing payroll reports
- Performing payroll reconciliations
- Working with internal & external auditors
- Managing one Payroll Administrator
Candidates must be comfortable with taking ownership of the payroll function whilst remaining hands on!
