Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to students in the classroom and during other school activities.
- Assist teachers in planning and delivering individualised learning plans.
- Support students in developing social skills and managing behaviour.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Requirements:
- Previous experience working with secondary school students, particularly those with SEN, is desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members.
- Flexibility and adaptability in responding to the diverse needs of students.
