TEAM PA BD AND MARKETING TEAM
A 12 month contract has arisen to join an international law firm as a Team PA in their amazing BD and Marketing team!
The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of activities which will assist this organiSation's leadership. In this position, you should feel comfortable coordinating calendar appointments, managing communications, and planning events, as necessary.
The role of the Team PA is a key role within the BD & Marketing team and the you must be highly organised and driven, whilst having a strong track record in providing senior level support in
an emotional intelligence way.
YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE
- Managing relationships with the media and seeks out the most appropriate opportunities;
- Drives the positioning of theirbrand through client service and thought leadership;
- Creates and manages the strategic business plans at a client, partner, sector and practice group level;
- Manages the firm's key client relationship and client listening programmes;
- Creates and implements the firm's digital strategy;
- Provides strategic advice and co-ordination on pitching opportunities and manages the rehearsals process;
- Works with our research team to produce and analyse companies, sectors and countries;
- Works with the knowledge team on submissions to the main legal directories/awards and advises practices
on how best to promote their capabilities;
- Manages the production of bulletins and briefings from the conceptual stage through to distribution; and
- Delivers events that enhance our brand and provide opportunities to build relationships with clients, potential
clients, intermediaries and the press.
TO BE CONSIDERED YOU MUST HAVE PA EXPERIENCE FROM WITHIN A BUSINESS SERVICES SUPPORT TEAM IN A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES ENVIRONMENT (Legal and Business development experience is not essential)
