We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing data, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and update data into various systems and databases with high accuracy.
- Verify and correct data where necessary.
- Maintain and organize files and records.
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
- Generate reports and perform data analysis as required.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and integrity.
- Adhere to data privacy and confidentiality policies.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in data management or related fields are a plus.
- Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
