Highly regarded renowned Litigation law firm is looking to hire an Events Manager on an initial 12-month fixed term basis to join in September:
- Salary of up to £60,000 plus fantastic benefits
- Hybrid Working (3 days office / 2 days remote)
Events Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Alongside the Business Development and Communications Director, arranging and coordinating all external client events and seminars.
- Arrangement of all internal social and charity events including the Christmas and Summer parties in London.
- Coordinate all internal and external ESG-related events and seminars.
- Oversight and management of budget for all office events.
- Responsible for updating and managing the firm's intranet site Athena.
- Provide admin support to the BD & Comms team where needed in relation to thought leadership campaigns, pitches and directory/award submissions.
Events Manager Key Skills and Experience:
- At least 4 years of events experience, ideally a law firm.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, teamwork and customer service skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Windows-based software, Microsoft Word and email alongside knowledge of spreadsheet databases and presentation software (essential).
- Knowledge of InterAction or similar CRM system and Vuture.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational and planning skills.
