We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with experience in the life sciences industry to lead route to market initiatives in the UK and Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to effectively bring our products to market, increase market share, and drive revenue growth.

Description

  • Develop and execute route to market strategies for our products in the UK and ROI market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, finance, supply chain and commercial operations to ensure successful product launches and market penetration.
  • Engage with customers to understand opportunities and challenges.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Create and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement in route to market processes and strategies.
  • Delegate to individuals and cross functional teams.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the life sciences industry, preferably in route to market.
  • Strong understanding of the UK life sciences market and regulatory environment.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus
