Description
- Develop and execute route to market strategies for our products in the UK and ROI market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, finance, supply chain and commercial operations to ensure successful product launches and market penetration.
- Engage with customers to understand opportunities and challenges.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Create and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement in route to market processes and strategies.
- Delegate to individuals and cross functional teams.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the life sciences industry, preferably in route to market.
- Strong understanding of the UK life sciences market and regulatory environment.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus
