Title: Small Works Manager – Fire and Security
Location of Works: Essex and London
The Company: Highly accredited Fire and Security company who deal with the installation, service and maintenance of Fire Alarms, CCTV, Access Control and Intruder Alarms.
Package:
Basic: £40,000 - £45,000 + Profit Share
25 days' holiday plus bank holidays

Main Responsibilities:
Creating method statements and risk assessments.
Manage – Instructions, timesheets, work reports and service reports.
Build and maintain relationships between clients and colleagues.
Be well versed on British standards and BAFE Standards
Working on all disciplines in particular Fire. (also includes CCTV, Intruder and Access Control)
Knowledge and experience:
5 years' experience installing Fire Alarms, Access Control, Intruder Alarms and CCTV
Qualifications in BS5839 and FIA's
Fully understanding of NSI Standards for Security Systems
1 years' experience Project Managing.
