Support Worker Bristol Pay rate is £14.45ph Hours are 37 a week. Start 1st July until September 24
Our client is looking for a Support Worker to join their team. You will be required to support individuals across Bristol.
You will be required to provide housing support, you will be working closely with other agencies around specific needs including Drug and Alcohol services, Mental health.
The duties will involve:
- Building Networks to source accommodation for clients
- Have knowledge of welfare and housing benefits
- You will be supporting residents to manage their tenancy, housing management.
- Supporting with bills, budgeting, exploring options around education, training and employment.
- Writing support plans and risk assessments
Experience Required:
- Candidates will ideally have previous support work experience.
- Have empathy and understanding of the needs of clients.
- Full Uk driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Enhanced DBS will be required.
