Job Title: Talent Specialist - Learning & Development

Location: Warwick

Contract Type: 6 months Fixed Term Contract (high possibility of extension)

Salary Banding: £40k-£50k

Working Pattern: Full time hours, Hybrid (2 days WFH)

Are you passionate about developing talent and enhancing organisational learning? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? We are currently seeking a talented Talent Specialist (Learning & Development) to join our client's team in Warwick on a Fixed Term Contract for 6 months. Our client is a market leading organisation within the manufacturing industry.

As the Talent Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing effective learning and development initiatives tailored to our client's organisation. With your expertise, you will contribute to shaping the skills, knowledge, and capabilities of our client's workforce, ultimately driving their growth and success.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support with implementing the organisation's Learning & Development (L&D) strategy & framework across the organization
  • Assist in building Career pathways, Learning journeys and solutions for all parts of the organization
  • Support with collating and driving KPIs, metrics and dashboards - ensuring they get value out of their L&D
  • Ensure they get the most out of Workday to support the development of our employees
  • Support Talent reviews through deploying the framework and information needed to create the right conversations
  • Create, deploy, and manage the communications strategy for how they cascade their key messages, opportunities, and tools to all levels of the company
  • Partner with the broader HR team on key programs that require input from or may influence talent management practices
  • Support the Employee Engagement survey and global performance management & development process, acting as a Centre of Excellence for the organization
  • Responsible for special projects as required, such as Culture & Coaching programme

What they're looking for:

  • 5+ years' experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Talent Management, or related field
  • Experience in deploying or managing Learning & Development
  • Experience in Workday is preferred
  • Demonstrated understanding of global talent acquisition, and talent management practices and programs
  • Ability to meet deadlines and take initiative in the development and completion of projects
  • Highly organized with proven ability to manage competing priorities and multitask
  • Team player and strong communicator
  • Global mindset with the ability to create relationships across the company
