The successful fire engineering graduate will be welcomed into a structured team with a support system to grow your skillset while working on exciting fire engineering projects.

The Graduate Fire Engineer

The successful fire engineer will have a relevant degree, BSc, BEng, MSc, MEng in fire engineering or a related engineering discipline, can also consider Building Surveying and Architectural degrees - if they have fire safety modules.

The Graduate Fire Engineer - Responsibilities

  • Design and fire engineering analysis
  • Developing fire strategies
  • Complex analysis and developing innovative solutions
  • Site visits and supervision of your designs for new buildings
  • Liaising with construction professionals
  • Identifying hazards in existing buildings
  • Supporting expert witness in legal dispute resolution (for poorly built buildings)
  • Develop knowledge of thermos-fluid and structural fire analysis and learn about the installation for fire safety systems
  • Monitor the implementation of fire strategies and assessing existing builds
  • Must be a good problem solver
  • Highly organised
  • Able to work within a team and independently
  • Self-motivated
