The Role
As an Account Handler, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the team and ensuring smooth operations. Your responsibilities will include providing direct administrative support to the team leader, managing client and insurer requests, and ensuring all processes are handled with accuracy and efficiency. You will be actively involved in organising and coordinating the renewal process, preparing documentation, and contributing to reports that help drive the team's success.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the administration and coordination of client and insurer requests.
- Support the team leader with the renewal process, preparing and organising relevant documentation.
- Maintain accurate records in line with company procedures and service standards.
About You
My client is looking for someone:
- Is detail-oriented and can manage processes with precision.
- Ideally 12 - 24 months experience in the Insurance Industry
- Thrives in a support role, providing essential administrative assistance to help the team succeed.
- Is eager to learn and develop their knowledge of the insurance industry.
- Possesses strong organisational skills and can manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Has excellent communication skills and is comfortable liaising with clients, insurers, and colleagues.
- Is client-focused, adaptable, proactive, and committed to exceeding expectations.
- experience with insurance software/CRM systems is advantageous.
