Our client, a top-rated independent estate agent, is seeking a dynamic and proactive Property Manager to join their team. This role offers a competitive salary and the chance to work in a supportive and professional environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Managing a portfolio of properties through the rental process
  • Ensure reactive and planned maintenance is dealt with swiftly and in the best interests of the property, landlord and tenant
  • Managing the rental process from application through to move in, ensuring a positive experience at all times
  • Compiling all appropriate documentation required by legislation for property lettings
  • Communicating and prospecting with prospective clients in an informative and professional manner
  • Keeping systems updated with relevant information that can help contractors, tenants and landlords.

The Ideal Candidate

  • A self-motivated driven individual that puts the client's needs first
  • Methodical thinker that is quick to react whilst providing a detailed approach
  • Experience within the Lettings Sector in Property Management, Lettings Process & Negotiation.
  • A professional attitude that takes pride in their work and the service they provide. A real company champion!
  • A great listener & positive mindset.
  • Commercially minded individual that is process driven with the ability to spot opportunities and tactically resolve issues.
  • A confident communicator, with experience of communicating both in person and over the telephone.
  • A full UK driver's licence and access to own vehicle
