Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development: Identify and target new business opportunities, focusing on expanding Actio Recruitment's client base.
  • Client Relationship Management**:** Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and new market opportunities.
  • Presentations and Pitches**:** Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless process from client acquisition to candidate placement.
  • Reporting**:** Maintain accurate records of all business development activities, including client interactions and sales performance.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a business development or sales role, preferably within the recruitment industry.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Results-Oriented: A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-Motivated: Proactive, driven, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
