**Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage and collect outstanding debts
- Ensure timely payments and follow up when necessary
- Negotiate repayment plans with clients
- Resolve client queries in a professional and timely manner
- Process and reconcile invoices with accuracy
- Monitor and guide a junior Credit Controller's daily performance
**What We're Looking For:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with numbers and performing financial analysis
- Proficient with Google Mail, Docs, and Sheets (familiarity with Xero is a bonus!)
- A positive, "can-do" attitude when tackling debtor balances
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
