Our client is a leading Thames Valley Law Practice. Established for over 70 years it is well reputed and Lexcel Accredited.
The firm has 4 offices throughout Berkshire & Surrey and specialises in Residential & Commercial Property, Wills and Probate, Commercial & Civil Litigation and Family & Divorce.
The firm is seeking a Residential Property Conveyancer (minimum 2+ years' PQE or equivalent) to be based in its Reading office.
As an experienced Residential Property Conveyancer, you will be able to handle all aspects of residential property
- Re-mortgaging
- Buy-to-let advice
- Leasehold and Freehold matters
- Transfer of equity
- Shared ownership to high end property
You will work in close proximity to rest of the Conveyancing team across the firm's three other offices in the South East region. The practice uses a Case Management System and you will be supported by a full time Secretary.
This is a busy and well-established department dealing with good quality residential conveyancing and frequent repeat business.
