Experienced Property Management & Block Management Inspector is needed with knowledge of Resident &/or Rentman Software or any Property Management software to represent this established small team of Letting & Managing Agents in North West London.
**My client is looking for someone who can be responsible for basic Inspections, reporting their condition, taking meter readings, meeting utility personnel and contractors at properties and blocks within a close geographical area in North West London. Along with supporting the Property Management & Block Management division, answering calls, dealing with property queries, helping with with maintenance enquiries, and calls/emails from clients and tenants.
The Successful person must be a team player with a friendly flexible attitude who is very efficient and have an excellent eye for detail. Someone who is willing to help and support with a smile.
