Are you a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? We're looking for a Sales Administrator to join a dynamic team for a 12-month maternity cover. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, supportive environment where your contributions will make a real impact.

As a Sales Administrator, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism. You'll manage orders, resolve issues, and support internal teams to maintain our high standards of service and customer satisfaction.

???????Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels with a friendly and professional approach.
  • Order Management: Process customer orders, samples, and literature using internal systems. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints, providing effective and timely solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our product range to offer informed advice and support.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and suggest improvements to enhance customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Team Support: Provide backup for other team members and assist with special projects

What you need to succeed:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales support role, ideally in the construction or manufacturing sector.
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
  • A calm, problem-solving mindset with a proactive attitude and commitment to excellence.
