Construction / Site Administrator
Based in Rosyth | fully onsite role
Full Time site-based role | specific hours TBC but early start time will be likely
Temp role for 3 weeks | starting Monday 2nd September
Pay rate depending on experience
Search Consultancy are currently working a reputable nationwide Construction & Facilities Management company to recruit a Site Administrator for some short-term cover on their site based in Rosyth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the site on a full-time temp basis for 3 weeks to cover absence.
_Duties involved in this role will include: _
- Management of the site Reception including answering & transferring calls, taking messages where appropriate & scheduling appointments
- Answering all incoming general correspondence & emails
- Organising & booking on-site and off-site meetings
- Acting as first point of contact for all site staff, suppliers & clients including security, cleaning, Fire Safety and maintenance
- Organisation of site inductions for new staff
- Basic finance duties including collating & processing timesheets
- Carrying out ad hoc administration duties including filing, archiving & ordering of office supplies
_In order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include: _
- Prior experience in a General Administration role carrying out duties similar to the above is essential - candidates with specific Construction site experience would very much be preferred
- Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to manage & prioritise a busy workload effectively
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, both written and verbal
- Solid IT Skills including the use of Word, Excel & Outlook, as well as the ability to pick up new systems quickly
