Job Title: Interim Finance Director (3-6 Months Contract)
Robert Half Talent Solutions are currently seeking an experienced Interim Finance Director to join a dynamic event management company based in Cardiff. This is a 3 to 6 month interim contract starting ASAP. This is an exciting opportunity to join a vibrant, growing company in the events industry.
The Role:
As the Interim Finance Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the operations, ensuring the company's financial health during this transitional period. Your main duties will include:
- Overseeing all financial operations, including cash flow management.
- Preparation and submission of monthly management accounts
- Weekly, monthly reporting and forecasting
- Preparing and presenting timely financial statements
- Financial analysis and providing commentary to aid strategic decision-making.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Finance Director/ Senior Finance Professional within the events or hospitality industry.
- Must hold a full professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA)
- Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities.
