We are seeking a dedicated Deputy Manager for a Parent and Family Assessment Centre. This role is ideal for someone passionate about making a difference in family services and who is looking for a rewarding career with comprehensive benefits.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Oversee the daily operations of the centre, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Support the centre manager in leading the team and managing the facility.
- Work closely with families, providing support and guidance to promote positive outcomes.
- Ensure all centre activities comply with legal, regulatory, and organisational standards.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of centre policies and procedures.
- Assist in staff training and development to maintain a high standard of professional practice.
- Be adaptable to work a pre-agreed range of shift patterns to meet the needs of the centre and its residents.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Must be Level 3 qualified in CYPW, CCE, or equivalent.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar setting.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work a pre-agreed range of shift patterns.
