This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join an award-winning marketing agency who are looking for a highly organised and enthusiastic Office Manager with excellent people skills and a keen eye for detail, who will take responsibility for the smooth-running of their prestigious Edgbaston-based office.

We are looking for an individual who will take as much pride in the office as they do in their own home ensuring a first-class service for clients. This is a fully office-based role, working Monday to Friday 8.30-5.00.

Duties and responsibilities as Office Manager will include:

  • Ensure the day-to-day smooth operations of the office, providing a five-star service to all clients.
  • Booking meeting rooms and setting up rooms ahead of meetings.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders, providing administrative support.
  • Liaise with a variety of suppliers.
  • Manage and review contracts.

To be considered for the role of Office Manager, you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbally.
  • Experience within an Office Manager or Coordinator role.
  • Be a people person who is passionate about going above and beyond for clients.
  • Strong IT skills.
