£40,000 - £55,000 Per Annum - Days: Monday To Friday
We are looking for a motivated Senior Structural Design Engineer to join a market leading company. Reporting directly to the Technical Director you will be a key member in ensuring all designs are maintain to a top standards. You will be involved in all aspects of design within their operation. With progressive training and development this company is always looking to enhance its employees and their skill sets, whilst additionally being supported by a welcoming. Role Description:

- Experienced in structural steelwork member design and steelwork connection design. Conversant in using Tekla Structural Designer, Tekla Portal Designer and Masterseries design software's.

Experience in designing temporary works would be advantageous.

Must be able to work on their own initiative, raise necessary queries and co-ordinate information with clients, engineers, architects, and subcontractors.

Work within design budgets.

Report to the Head of Design.

Attend meetings.

Work to company QA procedures.

Liaise with other department within the business as deemed necessary to meet all project demands.

Assist in training graduate design engineers.

Maintain great working relationships with clients to achieve excellent feedback.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of the business and passing on to our staff our principles and goals.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3-5 Years Of Structural Steel Design Experience (Desireable)
- Bachelors or equivalent within a engineering degree
