We are currently recruiting teaching assistants to work in primary schools, supporting pupils with ADHD, often on a 1:1 basis. These Teaching Assistant roles are ideal for someone who is upbeat, patient, and proactive – someone who truly understands the challenges that ADHD can bring to a child's learning, behaviour, and emotional well-being, and is motivated to help them succeed.
This role is based in Bath and starting at the beginning of the next academic year (September 2025).
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting children to stay engaged in lessons and follow classroom routines
- Helping pupils build self-esteem, confidence, and emotional regulation
- Enabling children to achieve their academic potential with consistent support
- Encouraging positive social interactions and relationship

Ideal Teaching Assistants will have:
- A strong understanding or personal interest in ADHD
- Experience working with children or young people
- A calm, encouraging approach with lots of energy and positivity
- A good level of written and spoken English

Pay Rate: £85 - £100 per day (subject to experience and qualifications). This role is both full-time and part-time and during school hours, term-time only.
